Payment Of Reservation And Accommodation Fee

Your reservation is complete once the accommodation fee is paid. The accommodation fee must be paid in advance. 

Cancellation Fee

Up to seven days before check-in date: 50% accommodation fee
Within seven days of check-in date: 100% accommodation fee 

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations due to the guest’s circumstances other than inevitabilities including natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, flight cancellations due to airport closures or strikes, etc., or the unexpected grave illness or injury of the said guest or their companions.
For the postponements above, you will need to submit a flight cancellation certificate or doctor’s certificate, proving that you are unable to travel. 

Changing Your Reservation Schedule

We accept changes in reservation schedules for 2,000 JPY only if it is possible to change it to your desired date.

Smoking

Smoking in the room is strictly prohibited. 

Pets

All pets except guide dogs and service dogs are strictly prohibited. Admittance to guest room
Using this facility for parties or different purposes other than for an accommodation is strictly prohibited.
Only guests are allowed in the rooms.

Lending Of Reservations/Proxy Reservations

We strictly prohibit the lending of reservations, as well as reservations made by proxies with no plans to stay.
